JULIANNE OBERLIN is a licensed Architect in the state of California. She holds a Masters in Architecture from Yale University and a BA in Architectural Studies from the University of Washington, Seattle.

Prior to going out on her own, Julianne spent over 15 years working in high-end residential, commercial, retail and healthcare at small firms where she embraced the responsibility and rigor of design excellence. While her experience has given her the tools to work at a variety of scales, the scale of residential design interests her the most.

The value of good design, the intersection of efficiency, beauty, and functionality, is not lost on Julianne having spent the last 5 years living on a sailboat with her family of four. The daughter of a furniture maker and engineer, Julianne revels in details and unique opportunities to be inventive.

Julianne offers full Architectural Services and looks forward to collaborating with you on the next project. She is knowledgeable of all phases of design, including the construction and permitting process in the Los Angeles area.
